WAIDT Services Australia (WSA) management were integral to the audit and implementation program to ensure that Australian Government properties abroad were compliant to Australian standards and building codes. This process required the inspection of all properties by qualified Australian inspectors and then as a result of those inspections the subsequent works programmed incorporated into the 5-year rolling budget. If major works were planned to be completed on the site in future years and or works were deemed to be of a low risk, risk assessments were required to be completed and agree to ensuring compliance to WHS standards.
