WAIDT Services Australia (WSA) management were responsible for the inception, development and implementation of a monthly Risk and Management (R&M) forecast budget tracking tool via the implementation of the internet based reporting tool. The development involved the translation of a multi-page excel sheet (columns up to CA and +1500 lines) into a cloud based worksheet feed from a data warehouse. This allowed the on-site Facility Managers more responsibility and accountability through the flexibility of a system with unlimited access. This in turn allowed for better reporting and understanding of the works programs and budget nuances through to the client. Therefore, also allowing the client better vision of the forecast/ budget and operational program delivery reducing the need for reporting FTE for both the contractor and client.
