WAIDT Services Security (WSS) has a team of trained Construction Surveillance Observers to provide oversight of construction activities whilst the new buildings or renovations of high security installations are under construction. This will include engagement with our clients and the construction teams throughout the delivery of the design and construction of the new premises.
WSS was formed to fill the gap in the delivery of the mandated construction assurance services required for high security installations
A Construction Assurance Observer (CAO) serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and performs construction security assurance for the client in accordance with the client’s approved Construction Security Plan (CSP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes required to manage construction security and design.
This includes advising on Security In Depth (SID) concepts.
Security Construction Observation requirements are designed to provide and appropriate level of security oversight to mitigate the risk of various threat vectors that could be exploited throughout the construction of a suitably classified building.
Our team of security-cleared construction personnel and project management professionals are available no matter what the client needs. Our project personnel and tradesman include those with NV1 and NV2 clearances.
