The determination of the cost effectiveness of buildings and the building services will be through an ongoing inspection and monitoring program of the assets and a continuous process improvement strategy for improving the availability, safety, reliability and longevity of physical assets. This will allow for an accurate and up to date replacement / refurbishment calculation to me made on the individual assets or the portfolio as a whole.
