WAIDT Services Australia (WSA) has been engaged by an Australian Government Department to assist and advise on the technical aspects of the delivery of a diverse outsourced Corporate Real Estate contract. WSA’s role is to ensure that the outsourced provider is delivering the services to the agreed scope and within the agreed time frames. Integral to the delivery of the contract is the embedding and integration of WSA’s staff into the clients business in order to work with the clients staff to ensure the provider delivers the ideal outcomes. WSA’s staff, at times and with the full support of the client, take on the role of client, so as to have the required contractual clout to ensuring the delivery of the services. The brief includes the assistance with financial analysis and operational Facilities Management (FM) and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) matters.
