WSA will implement an ongoing inspection and improvement process that is designed to measure the achievement of the contract specified performance standards and performance indicators. These procedures comprise:
- Random audits of work performed against the required agreed performance standards
- Reporting of non-conformance in the above audits
- Monthly reporting
- Quarterly reporting of achievement of the performance indicators, including non-compliance reporting
- Formal reviews and quality audits of quality processes and associated information
