Contract compliance

Contract compliance

WAIDT Services Australia (WSA) assist our clients with the management of 3rd party providers, we believe that this is a key point of difference in our model of management.

WSA will implement an ongoing inspection and improvement process that is designed to measure the achievement of the contract specified performance standards and performance indicators. These procedures comprise:

  • Random audits of work performed against the required agreed performance standards
  • Reporting of non-conformance in the above audits
  • Monthly reporting
  • Quarterly reporting of achievement of the performance indicators, including non-compliance reporting
  • Formal reviews and quality audits of quality processes and associated information

Issue Resolution

As part of the ongoing management, WSA understands that difficulties with sub-contractors and lessors do occur from time to time and we have developed effective protocols to manage these issues on an ongoing basis which include:

  • Clearly defined and rigorously applied communication and reporting protocols
  • Monthly reporting against key performance indicators
  • Quarterly detailed reviews
  • Immediate reporting of defined events
  • Our comprehensive contract and performance management system
  • Formal dispute resolution procedures included in contractual agreements and SLAs
  • Provision of corporate support in issue resolution techniques.
